Refund Policy

Here at Melting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.
Melting Society offers a 30 day return request from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at meltingsocietyicecream@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow [2-5 business days] for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at meltingsocietyicecream@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
